We believe every person can improve the lives of others and make a positive difference through simple acts of kindness. Here are some good deed ideas for you to start spreading good vibes!

 

For yourself

  • Blast your favourite playlist and dance like no one’s watching.

  • Forgive and let go of an old grudge.

  • Go outside of your comfort zone today.

  • Go for a nice long scenic drive.

  • Create a music playlist that inspires you.

  • Learn something new by signing up for a free class/workshop.

  • Leave your phone at home the next time you go out.

  • Listen to an inspirational podcast.

  • Make a list of goals to accomplish this month/year.

  • Pamper yourself with a bubble bath, pedicure, massage, etc.

  • Plan a road trip to someplace new.
